Cool I want to own Corn Snakes and Ball Pythons

I always wanted a snake as a pet but my mother would not allow it. I've fallen in love with corn snakes & ball pythons. The banana morph is my favorite of the ball pythons and for corn snakes I like the candy cane morph. I'm not very knowledgeable about snakes but I want to learn. Is there a 1-on-1 guide for taking care of ball pythons and corn snakes (where to find certain morphs, how to maintain and house, food, etc)? Are any of the ball pythons or corn snakes I want rare or expensive (more than $2,000.00)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The search feature here is great and has vast amounts of info that I'd all really good. The ball more you listed are all well over 500$ the corns are under 100$ for sure.

I probably wouldn't BUY from just anyone on kingsnake.com, but you can see a lot of the morphs and general prices on there too. This is the place to look through BP morphs, but idk where you'd go for cornsnakes.

If you've never had a snake before, I'd recommend maybe starting with one animal (probably the corn) and waiting a bit before getting the other. I'm not trying to talk you out of getting them, I've just seen a lot of people get super excited about snakes because they require fairly little space and attention and then get overwhelmed because they aren't really used to caring for them. I'm not saying you have to wait years or anything, just suggesting you ease into the hobby
The reason I suggest getting the corn first is that they are more forgiving of husbandry mistakes than BPs, and it'll give you a good chance to get used to monitoring temps and humidity with a snake that won't freak out and refuse to eat because things are a few degrees off.
