    Treating burns?

Okay so I have a rack system for my snakes that using an on/off type of thermostat (it came built with this thermostat). It was working fine for a while until I noticed little burns on a few of my snakes within the rack. The rack holds up to ten snakes and four of them have burns. Not severe thank goodness, but just red scales (no scabbing or bleeding). I found that from me opening and closing the tub that the probe is on had come off and the thermostat was on the heating position for a while. I am not too sure for how long but possibly a couple of days, maybe a few hours? The probe was reading 28.9 so I figured that it being on the heating was totally normal, especially with it being cold for the last couple days. But anyway, I fixed the position on the probe so now it is working properly. Hoping to get a herpstat in about a month at the next expo. Now that it is fixed and I shouldn't run into anymore issues with the new probe position, but I was wondering if I should treat these burns and how to? Sorry, the burns do not show up on pictures. Really they are not bad, it basically looks like you getting a small sun burn. Slightly red, more of a pinkish color. There are no damaged scales on any of them and when I touch the burns, none of the snakes react. Should I treat them or will they heal on their own in time? If I should treat them, how do I go about it?

You'd probably be fine not doing anything if they're that minor. Keep an eye out for anything blistering up though.
