    Snakes sensitive to the sun?

I noticed my pastel banana is not a fan of the sun. I had him outside and he just tucked his head in. When I brought him back into the house he was happy again.

Snakes in general no. BPs yes in the way that they are nocturnal. They benefit from sunlight tho. Yours might be skittish because she is used to being inside then put outside. In their native land in wild they go in the sun. They prefer tight dark hiding spaces and are nocturnal.

Possibly just felt unsafe being out in the open and felt like hiding? Mine did that too, but soon had his head out and wandering all over the shop smelling the world!
