Okay, So I got the human heat pad by Dunlop ... I placed it under my rubbermaid ... I set it on low and placed it under the warm side ... The temp on the warm side is 92-94 degrees, and the cool side is 75! Arg, anyone know a good way to raise temps on the cool side? Also my humidity is really low in the Rubbermaid 30% ... Tips please tips please.

I'm using an Acurite, its probably because I don't have the water bowl inside or anything else. I was just playing around with the heat pad and lamp today to see what temperatures I'll get.

Once you get the water bowl in there the humidity should go up. You may find that the humidity goes up too much. If it goes too high, you may want to cut a hole in the top and zip tie some mesh in place of the hole.

If you're going to use an infared, that might help your temperature situation as well. Once you get your water dish in their, your humidity will definitely go up.

If you scootch the heat pad over an inch or two and put the water dish in, you'll probably find the only adjustment you need is more ventilation than you have currently. You might also want to increase your gap between the container and the heat pad just slightly to drop the warm side temp a little.

If you have the heat pad you can lose the light all together and the humidity will increase. I stopped using the light for Jojo for the same reason. The humidity would drop down to like 25% once i removed the light the humidity jumped up to 47%. I mist the cage every couple of days to help.
    Thanks,

Wierd, my humidity is at 70% without a water bowl even in there. Maybe thats because I'm in a basement.

I might get a really weak bulb like 15W night bulb for night viewing, and to warm up the cool side a bit, because on the cool side is like 74 degrees.
