I see the spots you're talking about. Bacterial infection on the belly is most commonly caused by bedding being unclean or too wet, so make sure his enclosure is clean and dry enough.
This looks REALLY minor. He'd probably be fine if you did nothing. I'd recommend swabbing the area with betadine (chemical name is povidone-iodine since brand names may be different in your country). This is a mild antiseptic, and will not hurt the snake to swab once a day.
Again, those spots don't look like a big problem at all, but since it sounds like a vet wouldn't be an option if things got worse, I think it would be a good idea to be proactive and swab the area.

Yeah, you can dilute the betadine with water then swab it on.

For something on the belly or back, you can probably dilute it with 1 part water to 1 part betadine.
If you ever have to treat a mouth infection and nothing else is available, you can dilute 5 parts water to 1 part betadine (it's not the best thing to use for mouth infections, but it can be used if there are no other options)
For sensitive areas like the mouth, Chlorhexidine diluted in 5 parts water to 1 part Chlorhexidine is less abrasive.
