13 Year Old Ball Finally Converts To F/T!!

Well she finally did it! About two weeks ago my 13 yr old girl took a small F/T rat. I didn't want to celebrate until she repeated it. And she did repeat it last night.

My Boa switched over a month earlier no problem!

I wish to thank the members of this forum for the success and encouragement towards others which helped me to decide to push forward.

Some things which helped aided were:

She recently came off a 6 month fast. She has only had one live rat so far.

I sort of starved her out by waiting 2 weeks past the last refusal.

Offered a small rat in lieu of a large one.

Prescent the tank real good to fire up her senses.

Live rats run about 88-90 degrees temp wise, I heated these F/T up 100-103 Degrees because of cooling down during long Zombie Dances.

Patience, and trying to learn the right dance moves.
