I'm always worried about putting monty on the grass, I'd love to let her roam around on something that's not me! I'm terrified she'll get mites or something.

Great pics!!. Would the flash on phones/camera startle them or do any harm?

My snake room has poor lighting. I use the flash many times and the snakes don't seem to have a clue.

The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

    1.2 Coastal Carpet Pythons
    Mack The Knife, 2013
    Lizzy, 2010
    Etta, 2013
    1.1 Jungle Carpet Pythons
    Esmarelda , 2014
    Sundance, 2012
2.0 Common BI Boas, Punch, 2005; Butch, age?
0.1 Normal Ball Python, Elvira, 2001
0.1 Olive (Aussie) Python, Olivia, 2017

Please excuse the spelling in my posts. Auto-Correct is my worst enema.

Took him out again recently, have a look:

I swear he likes chin rubs lol

    And my all time favorite

And a little update on Marshall- he's doing really good. I've moved him up to weaned rats, he's growing so fast! I absolutely love this little snake, he's so good natured and just hilarious. He's actually helped many people get over their snake fears and some will actually hold him, being the first snake they've ever held. Of course, he's not always this sweet... He "bit" me the other day, but I'm not sure it really counts as it hardly bled. It was the day before he was getting fed, but he ready now! He also struck at the heat lamp while I was warming his rat under it... He was very hungry! This fall I'm gonna pick up a few more ball pythons, and I'm hoping to breed this guy and prove him out.

Thumbs up Re: Marshall's first day outside and more! (Picture Heavy)

Great looking animal you have there. Yeah, try and prove him out. What is it that you are trying to prove out?
