kingsnake soaking in water but no mites

My male eastern likes to soak in his water which worried me becuase i figured he had mites and didnt want to infest my entire collection. There are 0 visible mites anywere but he soaks every other day is this normal?

Just keep checking to make sure but our cali king does this alot too

Ive been checking like crazy no visible signs of mice lol we should meet up some day got anything for sale were pretty close
