Notorious picky eaters?

Would love to know which morphs tend to be the fussiest! Our Pin at work is incredibly picky. It takes ten minutes and 3 different reheats before he will take the food! Is it the genetics or the species?

I don't think it has anything to do with the morph; same snake just a different paint job. Sometimes our normal is picky; other weeks it's the pied. The bumblebee is a garbage disposal as is the black pastel but sometimes they surprise me by passing up a meal.

To my knowledge there isn't any actual data suggesting one morph or a another is better or worse at eating, although people swear their spiders eat better than everything else.

Odd my spider is the most picky.

I suspect it has more to do with the traits of the parents or it is a fluke. I know a few zoo staff whom have been selective breeding african Rock pythons for temperament. They hope to have a line of easier to deal with 'rocks. I have personally worked with 4 of the offspring and all 4 are fairly easy to deal with. Not particularly snappy and easily handleable. The parents are both quite calm the male is very calm in fact, the zoo he lives in uses him as hands on animal all the time. It is hard for me to say that there is nothing to temperament passed to offspring. It is a possibility that a good feeder will have offspring that are also good feeders. It is a thought anyway.

Agreed its random snake thing. My spiders have never missed a meal until today my 500g girl denied but she is heading into shed. But wow do spider get sketchy when food come into the picture. About got it in the face and hand by my big girl. My pin boy pounds food like a champ.
