Perfectly normal. My ball is doing the same thing. Ball pythons generally only come out to hunt and mate. If they're not doing that, they sleep.

Iv had mine for exactly two weeks now, and they are both doing the same thing. I will see them go from the warm side to the cool side in the morning, and then go back at night. Other then that, they stick their heads out every few hours, and thats about all I see of them. One of them has not eaten yet either, but that seems to be normal as well.

My female will hide for three days straight prior to getting her pink belly when it's time to shed. I'll notice I haven't seen her out (besides when I handle her obviously) for a few days in a row and sure enough it's just her starting a shed cycle.

Welcome to the world of pet rock ownership. Dottie comes out on her own for 4 reasons......to poop, to drink water, to find where that rat smell is coming from or to move from the warm hide to the cool hide or vise versa. Other than that, her activity involves poking her head out every couple days, making sure the outside world hasn't changed and then go back into her hide.

My girl is always in a hide except when she pokes just her head out when she's hungry. Tonight i was handling a rat fuzzy, warming it up for feeding and all i did was softly blow on my rat handling hand into her cage for a second and POP out comes her head and tongue. I gave her two little rat fuzzies for the first time (usually one). She took them like she was starving.

my bp wont come out of hide

These Royals are all nocturnal so they will all be out and about when you're all asleep . I've got a young Pastel Royal and I've hardly ever seen it out in the viv . It is always in either the warm hide or the cool hide though and they are 3 foot apart . ...
Thankfully I'm also lucky enough to have a beaut pair of unrelated Albino Royals in matching vivs and they are both out climbing on the branches most evenings
