    Question BM, Shedding and Blood?

OK, so I feel like I am kinda asking a silly question but here it is.

My Tanith shed today while chillin with me. When she got about half done she decided to let loose her business on me/in the toilet. This is the third time she's done that, so that's becoming normal. I have no idea what this sausage butt is people speak of that indicates a BM coming.

Anyway that's not the question. When she had her BM there was a little blood with it. And then when she shed the skin down there there was some more blood, but it seems to have stopped.

Is that presence of blood normal?

Sounds pretty normal to me. Sometimes when snakes shed around the vent there is a little bit of blood. Nothing to worry about really.

You have to remember that these little guys don't go as frequently as we do.

The last meal may not have had as much fat and or water content as usual, which is lube for the intestines. She may not have drank enough water for this evacuation as well. Thus more stress is put on the small intestine, which results in micro tears and broken blood vessels.

Not anything alarming if small amounts of blood.
