question about bananas

I just added a banana male to my collection and i have a question. Is it normal for bananas to have red eyes? They are not pink like an albino but a dark blood red. From a couple feet away they look black but when you look at them closely it is easy see. Just curious if this is normal. Thanks

Yep, that's normal, and one of my favorite things about them. If you find the story about the first cg/bananas to be imported it touches on the eyes.
