    Snakes in heat?

As in the title I'm wondering if anyone has ever notice any behavioral changes in their females when they are becoming in season? Like a cat? I'm aware of the physical signs

Yes there will b a big behaviour change. Firstly you start to notice that your female will start pounding food. Never had passing up a opportunity to eat. This is because the snake needs lots of body fat to get them through the coming months. Next you will notice the your females will seek out the cooler side of the tank/tub. This is for her follicular the development. You will also see bowl wrapping. Next the female wich has been eating like a pig for the last month or so will just goo off feed as if over night. This is a good sighn!
Now the exciting part you will notice ur female building, basicly ur girl is getting fat. And she will continue to build until she ovulates! Then ur female is gravid! Hope this helps
