rack security?

Hi, I'm not new to snakes but am new to the rack system, how secure are they? I.e. snake escape?

The racks themselves are fool proof. The snake cant escape as long as you remember to slide the tub all the way back in to it's fully closed position. Escapes are 100% of the time, human error.
