How to raise my Humidity?
Ok I've got a ARS 7030 rack and the temps are just fine, but humidity is really bad. Having a lot of bad sheds here recently. I use Aspen shavings for bedding. The water bowl is fixed so cant be moved. I do mist, but not daily...I would say once a week or when I see them go into blue. Any suggestions?

How to raise my Humidity?
Use a substrate that holds humidity better, (Eco earth, mulch) you need to have all round good humidity not just when they go into pre shed.

Have you tried cedar shavings? I've heard it does a good job holding up humidity.
Personally, I have a humidifier (controlled by a humidistat) in my snake room to keep humidity just as consistent as I keep temperatures. Is that an option for you?
If nothing else, is there a way for you to send that 7030 my direction?

LOL, cant send it your way, sorry. Haven't thought about a humidifier. Sounds like a good solution.

Cypress can be used or coco fiber (echo).
I have a humidifier that helps a little.

Yea I knew it was "NO" on the Cedar. But a Humidifier would be something I'm going to look into!
