Albinos

I want an albino BP. Should i buy a pair of hets for albino and breed them, which seems cheaper plus i get more BPs which is always a good thing, or just shell out a few extra bucks and just straight out buy the albino?

If you've got your husbandry worked out and can afford it, I'd say buy the albino. Then you can breed as many het albinos as you want.
