    First Snake Ever

    Hi everyone,

My name is Molly and I have never owned a snake before so I am new to the snake world. My mom has finally given in and let me bring home a snake. I'm planning on adopting one at the local sanctuary that I volunteer at to give it a loving home. I have done some research but was wondering if you all could provide some helpful tips or advice for first time owners. I have a bearded dragon and I've been through trial and error with her with finding out what to tweak and what to fix. So any kind of advice would be very much appreciated.
    thank you

    Congratulations! They are neat pets.

Some good tips are use a thermostat to regulate your heat source and have a good digital probed thermometer or infrared temp gun to monitor the temps. Most importantly be sure to take a look at the care sheet.
