can anybody help me with this 1.0 and 0.1 thing i dont know what it means

It represents the sex of the animal. Male.female.unknown.

It's a short-hand indication of number of individuals and their sex: males.females. So...
1.0 = one male
0.1 = one female
0.0.1 = one individual, sex unknown
2.3 = two males, three females
4.2.5 = four males, two females, five sex unknown
