    Heating

We've run out of fuel oil, and while we're keeping the house warm during the day with an electric heater, it's going to get cold at night. Will my python be okay as long as he has a UTH?

Depends on your ambient temps if they are really low you can add a second UTH and second thermostat to maintain proper temps gradients and provide a cool side within acceptable range.

That would mean 1 UTH providing a cool side of 78/80 and 1 UTH providing a hot side of 88/90.

This is the most logical way to maintain proper temps with only 1 or 2 animals
