    First Season in VA

    I moved up to VA from GA back in August so I really didn't get a full season of VA herping, but I can say that for being in the city I did pretty well. Here are the Majority of my finds from here in Midlothian!

    My first find up here was a juvenile Northern Watersnake


    A neonate Queen snake


    In-Situ Northern Black Racer


    My favorite find, and my favorite snake, Copperhead


    My second Black Racer up here


    Late Night Watersnake


    Another juvenile Watersnake


    Black or Eastern Rat snake found in front of the apartments.


    Adult Queen Snake


    And, the most recent find, a Northern Brownsnake
