Can i connect 2 heat pads to a Thermostat?
it only has 1 thing so i can only connect one heat pad to it but would it work if i connect a extension cord and connect 2 heat pad would it work??

I think that it if the combined wattage was lower then the maximum limit then you should be fine.

Yes and no.
As long as the total wattage doesnt exceed the thermostat and as long as the heat sources are identical in every way.
If there are any diferences then no.

You can have 2 heat pads for two different enclosures so long
You do not exceed the wattage
Both cage need to be kept at the same temp
If you need two provide different temps you will need to thermostat or a thermostat that offer different output.

Or you could get a thermostat with more than one plug on it. There's several affordable options out there (including what's on our site) that all have multiple plugs. My personal favorite for a good basic thermostat is the Zilla temperature controllers - they have 3 plugs and can work for 3 heat pads, so long as of course the conditions in all 3 cages are identical.
