why is my banana so light in colour?

hey guys im new to the forums and ball python world. i just picked up a banana from henry piorun and he looks great, but i was wondering why hes so light in colour compared to pics i see, maybe hell darken after a few sheds? also was wondering what cool suggestions you guys would have for pairing. dont have a ton of money to start right now but i have a female bumblebee thatll be ready next year i think, so hopefully could make some banana bees! all suggestions welcome. cheers. rob

That is well within the normal coloration of a Banana. Some of ours have come out very purple and some are much lighter like yours. These are from the same clutch..... notice the front one has already started to pepper after his first shed. This was a few weeks ago, and he is much more peppered now.

Oh okay I guess it just varies . Yours seem to have much thicker purple spots Aswell. Almost like that look better

I wish every one would stop posting pictures of Bananas. Until I get one that is. Just kidding. Cool looking snakes!
