    My adventurous spotnose female
always wants to travel on the grass
and I don't let her because I'm too
    paranoid about mites...I just want
her to be happy am I okay with
    letting her roam outdoors supervised?
My only thought is it would be fine
with some kind of preventive product
before and after but don't have atm..

    Your mojave is absolutely beautiful!

I use to be scared of the mite thing too. What I do now is when I bring them in i examine them and wipe them with a natural baby wipe before putting them back in their cage.

Thank You as long as you watch her she should be fine roaming in the grass, i usually check them and give them a 5-10 min soak in the bathtub after they roam in the grass just in case, never had any issues with mites after they were outside though
