Is This Normal? (BP Off Feed Schedule)
Hey guys, my BP is off feed, which I obviously know is normal, but I wanted to post her stats and see if they are normal. The picture below is from my snakes excel sheet. She is housed in a AP rack, in a sterilite 41 qt tub, hides on both sides, hot side is ~90 cool side is ~78, no mites, etc.
Thanks for any help, I'm sure you know it's very frustrating and nerve-racking when they go off feed.

It isn't that unusual that a ball in the 1000 - 1400 gram range goes off feed. I see you are feeding medium. I'd switch to small to see if that helps.

I honestly find small to be my LIMIT in rat size when feeding, unless to my unsually large 2400+girls. small is enough when feeding on a 7 day schedule. With cool side in the 78 she may be starting to build, even only being smaller end, i had a 1100 girl build, (never bred becuase just to small for me) So it may go off feed for that, some will also hit feed walls that stop for months!
Only time i get bothered by going off feed is during "breeding plans" sometimes you have to hold out! Other then that, they all come around unless its a issue! But the more i worry the longer it takes for them to eat! Plus hey I save a few bucks a week on feeders =P

Re: Is This Normal? (BP Off Feed Schedule)
As frustrating as it is, she's at about that weight where they hit "the wall" right before getting to breeding size. It's only been about three months, try skipping a week offering her food and then offer her something larger than normal. I know, that's opposite of what everyone else has suggested, but my personal experience is that a non-feeding snake is sometimes just waiting for a larger meal to come by before they get started again.
In general, continue doing what you're doing, and wait it out. I'd skip every other week just to give her a break and see if that triggers a sort of "oh, food might not be here at the same time every time" sort of thing.

Dude i have my fire hypo girl on 2 1/2 months of no eating.....it happeneds...so log as her/his weight isn't crazy dropping its "how they do"
it really is infuriating like when your own kids won't eat...."You dumb kid your going to die!" it happeneds. just keep the weights in check and hope for the best?
personally mine always bounce, its goomy but reptile do how they do
