Rat ID Please!
I just picked this girl up from a local pet store. She was labeled as hairless. She is obviously a double rex dumbo. I also noticed her being very tiny. So I am wondering if she could be dwarf as well. I do not know her age, but her eyes are open and she is eating on her own.
Here she is next to a 3 week old rat:

Thanks for the assistance.
Ball Pythons:
1.0 Hypo Clown; 1.0 Enchi Freeway; 0.1 Ivory pos. pastel, super pastel, butter (Penelope); 0.1 Hypo Chocolate GHI Pastel pos Vanilla (Smokey); 0.1 YB pied; 0.1 enchi YB/asphalt; 0.1 VPI Axanthic (Special Cookies); 0.1 Albino pos YB; 0.1 Hypo Clown; 0.1 Hypo Spinner
Colubrids:
1.0 Coachwhip; 1.0 Lavender ph hypo hoggie; 0.1 het hypo ph lavender hoggie (Fingermuncher)

Re: Rat ID Please!
Looks like a true Hairless to me. They can look smaller than standard rats and some lines will grow slower. Doubtful it's a dwarf though. They aren't very common.

Here she (22g) is next to a 12 day old (27g female). She's double rex because she has curly whiskers and peach fuzz on her nose.

Re: Rat ID Please!
Looks true hairless to me. I wouldn't expect dwarf unless she came from dwarf lines (which you would have no way of knowing). More likely she just hadn't had the greatest nutrition, ort maybe was just smaller than average.
Why keep a snake? Why keep any animal? Because you enjoy the animal, find something beautiful and fascinating about it, and it fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.
