Ball Python behaving unusually, need advice!

I've had my ball python for almost 2 years now and have had very few problems with him. However after his last feed he has been acting very oddly. I fed him 3 mice as opposed to his usual 1 or 2 to see if he'd take it, and he did happily. He shed quite soon after and pooped, all normal. However ever since he has been very inactive. He stays in his hide at all times unless I remove him for cleaning or handling. This is quite unusual as normally after he poops he is very active again almost immediately. I can't see any signs of impaction, or anything else wrong with him other than the lack of energy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Has there been any changes in your daily routine around the time he started behaving differently?

How big is he? It sounds like maybe he was slightly underfed before and was possibly still hungry and looking for more. I think by adding the third mouse, he may just be content and digesting. As they say, a hiding ball is a happy ball.

Most BP's will be inactive and stay under the hot hide for 2-3 days after eating, they're digesting. Leave them alone during this time so they don't regurgitate their last meal.

No changes that I can think of. I've been handling him a bit more than usual (due to him acting odd, I've been checking in on him more) but nothing drastic.

He's a little over 2 years old. I thought the same thing at first but it has been a month since he has eat/pooped and he should DEFINITELY be hungry by now.

It has been a month since he pooped/eaten. I am used to him being inactive during the digestion period but this is going on much longer than usual.

Are you sure he's not just hiding during the day? Have you stayed up late to see if he's roaming around at night?

Why has it been a month since he last ate? Did he refuse his meals, or have you just not fed him??

Yes I am quite sure he is not active at night, I have stayed up and he is not moving around at night. Usually he starts getting active around midnight, but this has not been the case.
