Below is the format I use. I print 2 months per page. Front and back gives me 4 months. One page per snake. I only need a check mark or initial per box. Quick and simple.

I've been keeping an Excel spreadsheet, formatted almost exactly like what BHReptiles has.

The only thing I don't track is poops, though.

    Re: Record keeping cards

I absolutely love this chart you created. Would it be possible for you to email me a template for it? Or even just one that you have and I can change all the information?

    Thanks

Then on the actual table I keep the day it was fed, what it was fed, if it ate (yes or no), how much the prey weighed, the snake's weight, when the snake shed, how long the snake is (if I do measurements - I don't do this as frequently), and any other notes (if the animal is in shed, when it pooped, etc.). I also keep everyone on one workbook and the snake's name is a tab. I keep this in excel, a hardcopy in a binder, and I also use iHerp (link is in my signature).

Sorry! The first post was in reference to this one.
