    Feeding Issue... Please helps

Ok, Today is feeding day and I have 2 snakes, one ate just fine and our bigger guy is striking but missing, the rat is jumping and I guess it freaked him ot for striking again. We pulled the rat out and put it away for a couple of hours and just tried again and Yet again he missed and then just ignores the rat. At this point, Im thinking that we need to knock the rat out or whatever its called... does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Please and Thankyou!

u can put them in a smaller space so theres no room for the rat to run or jump .. or u can just leave it in there with him and monitor the feeding eventually he will hit it on a strike

If he is missing and then ignoring the rat he might be striking defensively instead of out of a feeding response. He may just not be hungry.
