    I agree with those that said Brian is simply one human being with a big company, but so is any CEO or owner of a large company, and the fact is, when things go wrong, it is the fault of the owner/CEO by default. Clearly Brian needs to sort some things out if this was allowed to happen. I hope to see that he makes this right, as I did have a lot of respect for him.

    Also sorry for your loss, poor girl

    In my book there's no excuse for this whole situation, it all could have been avoided. And there's excuse for NOT communicating with me. BHB has lost a customer as well as 3 close friends who were going to order from them as well. I hope it was worth it for them.

    I might have missed it but it didn't seem like you mentioned what tey did to fix this situation once you got in contact with them. Did the refund or are sending you a new snake or something? Did you have to pay to euthanize or did they cover the cost? What did they do to try and make things right if anything? Or were you just left in the dust?

    They're sending me a lesser female, not what I needed for my breeding project. As to whether they actually send it or not is another matter entirely

    I totally agree, if I don't see that this is made right, and then some, I will lose a lot of respect. I hope and would expect that they pay the cost of euthanasia in this case.

    So you mean it could have been avoided because they shouldn't have shipped it in the first place or you just shouldn't have ordered it?

    Hit up Brian on twitter, I find its a fast method of communication. He will definitely get in contact with you then.
    Don't be so hasty to write bhb off just yet huh... Everyone is allowed a mistake here and there, that's how we all grow.
    Best of luck with your situation. I'm a no name small time breeder from a tiny island in the caribbean and I only breed normals. So far Brian has been a great mentor in my journey answering questions quickly and motivating me. So I boldly stand in bhb's defense, everyone deserves a chance to redeem themselves....

    Had they not shipped in this weather. Even at that, had they shipped it and then immediately after my first phone call started to fix the situation it wouldn't have been as upsetting. It was the run around that irritates me most
