I have a very upsetting and sad update...the female Mystic had to be humainely euthanized..I'm disgusted, depressed, enraged and alot of other emotions I can't describe. Thanks to everyone who gave me advice, it's very much appreciated

KUDOS TO YOU. Thank you for being awesome.

Let this be a lesson to people who insist that the large names in this hobby do no wrong and that they are on a level higher than the rest of us poor slobs.

Brian is a good guy, and has done a lot for this hobby, but he controls a large operation with several employees - all of which are human and all of which make mistakes.

However, this mistake encompasses many levels - shipping in cold temperatures, shipping an animal with obvious neuro issues, not providing prompt customer service and then - as far as I'm concerned - not taking care of the customer. Nice guy or not, this one sucks on ALL levels and it sucks hard.

So at this time, no one should be making excuses. If you are reading this thread and feel that the OP got a raw deal plus a run around to boot find some way to let BHB know. It's not too late to have Brian make this better.

Im so disappointed with this whole situation i met Brian a few times at different shows but the problem is he is one person I'm not making an excuse for him, the reality is he probably saw this snake once at most when i talked to him he said he has breeders and employees for all aspects of the field , so in reality someone there made a huge mistake and ramifications should be taken. I am so upset this snake had to be put down i been reading this for days now and its time i chime in, coldbloodedaddict is amazing for helping you out here and for this my business will be taken to him next time i am purchasing, this shows a true caring person who goes above and beyond. I am so impressed by this. Once again not to make light of the real reason I'm posting I am so sorry this happened to you and you lost a snake you have been waiting for and you had to watch this poor thing come in critical condition and deteriorate do to his neuro problems I'm so sorry he had to be put down.
