    Unhappy Tip of Tail

So today i took my ball python out and was looking at her and everything looked great.
I get to the very tip of the tail and its not there =( i mean the smallest bit it looks like it just came off.
I noticed it was a little bit weird after the first shed but her first shed was perfect it all came off in one piece.
I tried to look it up on the internet to see what others have said.
All of the descriptions and what everyone else has put up is way worse and doesn't look like mine.
She has never been burned from the uth and all of my husbandry is great.
Should i wait till the next shed or what should i do

Is it possible that after her last shed there was some stuck at the end of her tail? If a shed gets stuck it can restrict blood flow. The part after that will turn black from lack of blood flow and eventually fall off.

Next time she sheds check her for stuck shed. If you notice some, particularly if it forms a complete ring around her body, you'll want to help her remove it.

in order to post a picture, you need to upload the picture somewhere, on a website or filehoster or put it on webspace or something. the important thing is that the picture is available online, and that you have a direct link to the image file. then you can include the image here. or you can also just post a link, when the image can be seen from there.

i heared that this can happen when shed gets stuck to the tailtip. its hard to see what could be done about it. pictures would help, to see if the wound looks alright and if its healing and how big it is.

I could be wrong, but based on those photos it doesn't really look like anything... I mean, if the true tip is missing, it's very minor. To me that doesn't look like anything is missing though, but maybe I just can't see it.

it looks tiny, it looks like the wound is just 1mm in diameter and maybe 2mm of the tail is missing. (without units: about the size of half a grain of rice). and it looks like the wound already healed or dried up, i see no red, and no swelling or anything. its not a big deal.

i think nothing needs to be done, and nothing can be done. all you can do is that for the future, after each shed, check the tip of the tail as well as the eyecaps. sometimes you can then catch it in time, and carefully remove stuck shed from the tailtip.
