Steal of a tank!!!

Ok I just got this tank a few hours ago had a cracked side but it's been sealed with silicone already I noticed one on the bottom on the middle joists but it looks fine I'm in Michigan and were still pretty cold here so we put it in the pole barn on top of the old fridge I think and very hope it'll be fine but idk I think I'll put some blankets in it tomorrow I'll be moving it to my grand parents if I notice anything happening in the barn to it. Ok back on track I'll make sure the cracks are siliconed but the steal was the money he wanted for it!!! I paid$30 I talked him down after seeing the two food and water dish and little lamp he had it's around 55g or a little more if that's not a steal for most people today idk what is then XD. Here's some pics I type in the cold after a shower XD.



I'm gonna sterilize it in the spring what's the solution for bleach and soapy water again? What ya guys think give me some feed back on this thanks!!

Well being cracked and pretty beat up I think I would have waited for the dollar a gallon deal at Petco.

I got a 40 gallon tank with sliding top I have was picked up with the wooden cabinet stand, three lights, uth, and other goodies with no cracks or scratches for $100. Oh, that included a snake too.

Then I picked up a exo-terra double door 36*36*18 tank, with cabinet, uth, hides, lamps, fogger, hygrotherm, boa bowl, che fixture with 3 spares, a huge piece of drift wood, and it also had no cracks or scratches. I got it with my adult brb for $300 and after rehousing him in a pvc cage I sold the tank alone for $180.

You did alright but those were deals. Saw them and couldn't pass them up. Just right place at right time.

What are you thinking of putting in it?

I'm thinking maybe putting a divider in and getting a pair of baby Amazon tree boas then get another tank and hosting there other in there

I want to add an emerald tree boa to my collection. Maybe this year, fingers crossed!

Haha there a favorite and hopefully I'll get one some day but the Amazon tree boas are cheaper and still a nice species but I really want done beauty snakes the main one being a Vietnamese blue beauty.

Yea, I'm not sure when but somebody will post it here when it is going on. Basically its $1 for every gallon in the tank. Like 10 gallon tank is $10.

Also before you jump on something you can always ask here first to get opinions before you buy.
