Ball python and beared dragon
Would you keep the two in the same room?

same room?
why not? the same enclosure would be a really, really bad idea, but i see absolutely no problem with keeping different herps in the same room, as long as you still get the temperatures right.
The Big Bang almost certainly (beyond reasonable doubt) happened 13.7 billion years ago. If you disagree, send me a PM.
Evolution is a fact, evolutionary theory explains why it happens and provides four different lines of evidence that coalesce to show that evolution is a fact. If you disagree, send me a PM.
One third of the global economy relies on technology that is based on quantum mechanics, especially quantum electrodynamics (electron-photon or electron-electron interactions). If you disagree, send me a PM.
Time Dilation is real, it is so real that all clocks if they are precise enough can measure it, and GPS could not possibly work without it. If you disagree, send me a PM.
The 4 philosophically most important aspects of modern science are: Evolutionary theory, Cosmology, Quantum mechanics, and Einsteins theory of general relativity. Understand these to get a grip of reality.

They can absolutely be in the same room. I keep Norbert (my bearded) in the same room that I currently have 4 of my snakes in. They are on opposite sides of the room, and I have not noticed any negative aspects of keeping it that way.

We keep Ball pythons, Savannah Monitor, bearded dragon, nephrurus levis, nephrurus amyae, viper geckos, leopard geckos, red eared sliders, B. dubia, and ASFs all in our hot room. The BPs, nephrurus, viper geckos, and leopard geckos are all in the same rack as well, kept between 80-89F (seperated of course).

Re: Ball python and beared dragon
As stated above that is fine. I keep Nala our citrus bd. in a 40b next to Lucius' 40b. There is black paper on Nalas tank so they can't see each other. As long as temps are right you are ok.
