    trusting my BP?

So I've covered the challenges we've had getting our BP's enclosure where we need it to be with temps and humdity and have largely resigned myself to the fact that I am going to haventoninvest in a quality pvc set up going forward. Temps are too cool and humidity too low and the more we do to correct one hurts the other.

So my question is, with a new enclosure 4-6 weeks out, can I just trust my BP to do what he needs to do to thermo regulate? For example he camped out in the warm hide (89°-92°) all day yesterday, hung out on the branch and top of his hide overnight (82°-83°) and is now hanging out in the cool hide (70-71°). He seems to be managing pretty well on his own even though I know the cool side is too cool and at times the warm hide was too hot (got all the way up to 97° at one point and he was in and out pretty quick).

Were going to keep working to get his environment right but in the meantine, think he's okay? I feel a bit like we're messing with things so much we could be doing more harm than good gettjng him settleded in.

    Thanks in advance.

Pull the cool side to at least 75, don't worry so much about humidity until he goes into shed, get the cool side up to where it should be, 75 being the absolute minimum. 77-78 would be better with 78-80 being optimal, if not you're looking for an ri.
Mist the tank twice a day

You could put the enclosure in a climate controlled room set to 78...
