I don't want to start anything but illogical is what im curious about....you know this whole thread topic.
Ill be sure to explain myself again and re-ask questions that are overly asked.
"why do spiders wobble or does my snake love me"

    That work?

    No, there are colors.

    Irrelevant to my point.

I understand your interested in something illogical, which is why I pointed it out.

No need to explain yourself again, I think its perfectly clear.

Not interested in the topics, which is why I didn't view either.

Not to be a jerk, but why are you posting then? That's a serious question, not an attempt at sarcasm.

I dont get the 'Its to expensive' thing, you can get a leopord gecko for £20 (about $35) or a ball python for only a bit more. I would understand if someone didnt have the time or recources but i dont think money plays a part (I got one BP for £10 from a bad owner).

I'm sorry but it bothers me when people think that reptiles are cheap pets. Even if a snake is free, you still have to account for appropriate housing, bedding, heating, feeding, and most importantly vet care costs for the rest of its life. And snakes love a long time compared to a lot of pets.

True but in the grand scheme of things, whats eight quid (pounds) for a tub, 5 for a hide and water bowl, (hopefully pet bills will not be needed but they are not too expensive) maybe 15 for humidity and thermometer system and a few quid on feeding day, in my opinion, having herps is worth WAY WAY more than that, especially if you plan to breed them later on in your life. I am not trying to say it is a cheap, you have no idea how much money me and probably other people have blown (Even though its money well spent) on herps, but if its just having one, simple pet you dont need to be a millionaire. I understand why people would give advice though, if they dont have the time and resources and/or there parents wont let them but i just dont see how money is the biggest issue. (I am a strong believer that if the advice is good, who gives where it came from, the information is right and obviously vice versa.

Nah. I'm a believer that if you read a forum enough, you can tell who knows what and who doesn't without pics. Pretty pics wouldn't make me listen to certain people and a lack of pics wouldn't make me stop listening to certain others.

People should post pics if they feel like it, not to prove they meet some ambiguous requirement to give advice.

    1. I couldn't agree more! When I explain to people how much money I've spent on Ajja, the first response is usually, "for a $30 snake!? Are you nuts!?" To which my response is "if the dog you spent $50 to adopt from the shelter is sick, are you going to take him to the vet, or let him die because he's only a $50 dog?" That one gets' em every time.

    2. I'm guessing the last sentence of your post is a typo, but don't edit it. I think it's better the way it is!

That's a good response, with the dog. I think I will use that in the future. Thanks!
