So i had my monthly check up for my little one today and found out garfield cant see out of his right eye. His eye was kinda glossy when i got him and got him checked out when i first got him and pointed it out to the vet. We thought it was a eye cap at first. He has had a lot of sheds sence then and it hasent gone away. Took him in for this visit to a diffrent vet and he agreed with me that its not an eye cap and that hes blind out of his right eye. Ill try to get a pix up in a couple days. He just ate. Now i know why he doewnt strike at his food and i can feed him by hand. He just lightly takes his food out of my hands.

I have a larger sized female that came to me as a rescue. She had several layers of built up shed on her left eye and it had caused her eye to sink in. She's lost full vision in it, but she still does just fine getting around and has no problem whatsoever taking food (she was half starved when I got her too, so she's something of a garbage bin and will eat anything I give her). I'm sure your guy will do great and learn to compensate for the loss.
