I have the Hydrofarm, as listed above. Can't say that I have experience with anything else, but I only have two snakes and it works pretty well for them. Expect somewhat of a temp. variation though, as they are made for plants and not reptiles. When set at 90F my thermostat shifts from 87.5-91.5F.

They are fairly inexpensive; depending on the day, about $35-$40 before s/h.
