    License info in Florida

Hello everyone. My family and I have been collecting Bps for our son who has shown a huge interest in Herpetology within the last 2 years. Over the last month, we decided to re home/sell a few for different purposes. Not knowing anything about the laws, we made a few ads online and where immediately contacted and informed by friends and others in our community to stop. They have brought to our attention that we would need a specific license here in Florida if we ever wanted to sell or trade any of our sons reptiles in his collection. We are a simple family, not breeders. We collect for our son like I mentioned and have used his collection to teach him about respect and responsibility. And of course to support our sons interest. Can anyone shed some light on the matter please?

    Thank you everyone!

I recommend getting a Class III, for Exhibition or Public Sale License if you plan on selling ball pythons. If your son is 16 or older he can fill out the forms and pay the $50 annual fee himself. I'll include some links for you.
