Would a 24 qt bag of substrate cover my terrarium floor?

I have 4'x30"x15" enclosure and it took almost 2 10-qt bags to cover it in cypress for my rainbow boa. And before anyone says it, yes I know it's oversized for her, but it's the best one I have available for maintaining high humidity.

just give me the volume of the substrate and the surface area, and i will transform that into the metric system and calculate the thickness if spread evenly for you. Only square feet and cubic feet allowed, and fractions of square feet (=inches).

some wolframalpha.com magic, so its 23 litres dispersed over 0.7432 square meters (over 1m² it would be exactly 23 millimeters). Thats 30.947 millimeters; in inches: 1.21 inches.
