It's hardened yolk..Soak in warm water for a few minutes and then gently palpate it out of them...What comes out will be nasty!

+1. this is about all you can really do. sometimes they will absorb it, but I would try to soak and push it out. a lot of people who just let them be, will lose them. good luck and let us know what you do and how it works out....
