Dry white spot....
What area of the body approximately? And what do you feed him/her?

nah, probably not scars. peanut has a couple of dead scales on her neck that are "white spots". they go away, and come back every now and then. a couple of sheds and the old ones are usually gone.

It could be one or the other....without pics its hard to say.

they are on the body on the back where the little "alien markings" are around that area. they are maybe about 15 scales total area... it looks like they are just rotted scales... is that normal? i dont think theyre scars but i dont know much about snakes.

Hmmm Im no expert either but what I can tell you is my snake HAD two white spots on his head when I first got him, after his last shed, poof no more white spots, perhaps its dry remains of an incomplete shed if there is such a thing.

Yeah I have seen a couple of stray shed scales left over not a big patch or anything though.
