2013/2014 Breeding Projects?
I know some of you will wait to tell us what you're working on until the spring. But for those of you in the same boat as me, what are the projects you are most excited for this season?
Mine are:
-Super Pastel Axanthics (Pastel het. Axanthic X Pastel het. axanthic)
-Vanilla Creams (Vanilla x Pastel)
-Pewters (Cinnamon X Pastel)
-Lesser Bees (Lesser X Spider)
-Enchi Albino ??? (Enchi het. Albino X ??? het. Albino) - My only secret because it will be a WOBP first if I hit the three genes.
Those are my exciting projects (at least I am excited about them)
How about you guys?

Re: 2013/2014 Breeding Projects?
Myself and sugar shane are doing a two (possibly three) joint projects:
My albino X his pied
My het pied x his pied
possibly my pastel yb x his yb (May try for pastel ivories again. Got 2 ivories, a pastel yb and a yb from a 4 egg clutch last season)
My Own projects:
enchi X lesser (if my lesser gets up to size..this will be her second winter but she may wait til next year if she doesn't get to 1500g)
black pewter x Pastel (going for a silver streak again)
mojave x mojave
enchi x normal
Still debating the others

Re: 2013/2014 Breeding Projects?
The only BP female I have that's old and large enough to go this year is a normal. Fortunately my citrus pastel ivory male is ready for her. Otherwise I have 1.1 BRB's who I'll be pairing.

When my girls get big I want to do this:
bumblebee x blast
spider x enchi
black pastel just won't have a partner unless I can get something nice for a decent price because if I get a Mojave she's getting shipped to a friend to hook up to a lesser/butter so I can try to hit a BEL.

Since we decided to start this up I have dragged the kids to an expo at least once a month now. They are having a tremendous blast! Funny, last one we attended, just walking the aisles, my 11 year old compliments one of the breeders on a really good looking pied on display. I turned around and asked him "what did you say", concerned that maybe my child spoke out of turn and he told me that pied looks freaking awesome!.. LMAO.
If we are successful and get to see some scale kids pip, the boys have a pretty long grocery list for 14'-15'. We'll see how things go.
