Chris (C Serpents Reptiles & Racks)

    POSITIVE

I didn't have a phone on me at the time so I had to communicate with Chris through e-mails and facebook messages, but he was very helpful. I wanted a sub-adult rack and instead of sterilite tubs I wanted vision tubs because to me I think they're better quality. So for some reason I forgot to give him my shipping address and I gave it to him the day before he was supposed to ship, or it may of been the day that he was going to ship, not exactly sure. Well even with this he was able to ship out and due to a mis-labeling incident my package was shipped to Wisconsin instead of Louisiana. So Chris had to deal wih fedex in order to re-route my package to get it to where it needed to be delivered. He was very responsive and helpful through everything that happened. I didn't even ask for any type of a refund because I know accients happen, but he refunded me a good bit of the shipping which was money out of his pocket. The fact that he did this to remedy the situation without me even asking says a lot for his customer service. As a friend of mine AnnaRose wisely said, customer service is easy but it's when you have a problem that customer service really shines(Thanks Anna). The rack was very nicely built and packaged very well. It came with everything needed and it was already assembled.

Then despite fedex having used the box as a crash cushion(box was pretty beat up) the backboard of the rack was cracked around where the screws mount mainly due to flexing and that's usually what will crack or get damaged because it's like paper thin. Wile I just super glued to cracked pieces back so I could put the screws in, Chris still offered to send me another backing at no cost to me, which even if I wasn't able to superglue the pieces, I could of still screwed it in different places. This is just a further bit of how he takes care of his customers. I plan on buyin more racks from him in the near future as well.

That's great! Could you post a pic of the racks? I'd love to check them out!

Annarose, for some reason that link isn't working for me. It's gives me a 404 error.
Anyway, I thought maybe Neal had ordered something a little different than what might have been on the website bc he said he got vision tubs. I really just wanted to see the exterior set up. Though I'm sure some interior pics would be cool, too!

I checked the website and it doesn't have an option for vision tubs. Looks like he's working on the website though, so in the meantime, I'd still love to see pics, Neal!

He does custom orders too. If you don't see something on his site that you like, you can always contact him for a quote.

I'm getting my rack from him this weekend at the NARBC show. I can give a better review on his product then. However, his customer service has been great so far.

He doesn't normally do vision tubs, but he will build you pretty much any rack with any tubs any way you want it if asked.

Chris uses Vision tubs for his adult racks (V70) and hatchling racks (V18).

Here is a pick of an enclosed adult rack using V70, not featured on the website since it is a special order and obviously this one does not ship, I just pick up my racks from Chris when he comes to the Atl Repticon
