Surprise female weight?

I just recently started keeping written records of my snakes, including sheds/feeding schedule/weight/etc. I weighed my new girl, who I hadn't weighed in two months. She surprised me with a near 1800+ grams! Her body proportions are a bit odd compared to my other females, so I didn't think she was any where close to that. I'm still going to hold off on breeding her until November, I can't wait to see how big she will be then. I'm hoping to get a nice big clutch, but this will be her first so I'm not expecting much.

Have you ever been surprised when you've weighed any of your snakes? xD

no i weigh all my snakes each month i go a little overboard on the record i weigh all the rats the poo and urates and even sheds when compleatly dry lol can you say crazy

I'm hoping to get a nice big clutch, but this will be her first so I'm not expecting much.

Don't underestimate her! My girl gave me 8 big fertile eggs on her first clutch, and she was only 1500 when I started pairing her.

I'll be buying a proven lesser at the end of the month, who I hope to pair her with. I would love it if she gave me a nice clutch of babes! I'm hoping for at least one female lesser for a hold back.
