Reptile Laws Abroad
I'm pushing around the idea in my head of moving out of the U.S. a few years down the road, (mainly to escape gov't regulation and control) however, I can't really seem to find much info regarding exotic pet laws (reptile or genet related) in the Caribbean, Mexico, Belize, or other southern countries. What are the laws as far as general ownership, as well as taking my current reptiles down there? Anyone want to point me, as well as others, in the right direction?

Re: Reptile Laws Abroad
To go from one country to another you will most likely need CITES documents for atleast some of the animals.
As for which species may be illegal or require special permits in different countries I would suggest checking in with their embassies/consulates, these will also give you information on any requirements to emigrate to these places.
