Calico Sugar
Has anyone tried for this combo? If so, are there any results/info made public?

As far as I'm aware they are different names for the same morph.
edit: Apparently not. Sugar is another name for Calico but Sugar is it's own thing?

I've heard conflicting things as well as to whether they're the same or not. Would love to know if anyone has paired them up.

Calico Sugar
To my knowledge... They're the same morph but sugar is the line from Europe. Sugars tend to be higher white and not have as many oranges or ringers from what i've seen, just an observation though. It's like Fire and Sulfur.

I have both Calico's and Sugars, all I can tell you is throw out the names and buy the animal you like the best.

Calico Sugar
i've seen some calicos that could pass for sugars, i haven't seen any sugars that could be mistaken for a lower quality calico.

Personally, I believe sugars were selectively bred better and generally more stellar looking imo.
Same mutation though.
A quality sugar looks way hotter than a quality calico in my opinion. Probably a line trait.

Think Lesser / Butter - different 'lines' of the same mutation. There are other polygenic differences that will probably wash out over time as people breed for the mutation instead of the overall quality of 'packaged' traits.
