    Lesserbee x Yellowbelly Clutch hatching

After a couple of years of not cooperating, my female Yellowbelly finally gave me some eggs. She laid 8 good eggs and one dud. They started pipping yesterday so once they're out I'll post up some pics. In the mean time, here's Mom and Dad gettin' it on...

What a goofy snake...no, she's not dead. She just likes to scare me and act like she is.

I'll post pics of the babies once they're out.

Thanks! She maxed out my scale a few years ago so I'm not sure what she weighs. The Lesserbee there is probably around 1k grams in those pics.

It looked purty enough but no veins when I candled. I left it in the incubator but it only took about a week before it started to funk the place up...

Wow, she is huge and that's no joke.

You need to get another scale so you can tell us how much she weighs. Also congrats on the pairing and the clutch, hope you get lucky.

Thanks. She went right back on large rats the day after laying.
