Exterminator
So we have a new house, and we are getting ready to call the exterminator.
How long after he does his thing will it be safe for the snakes to come back to the house?
I already have a place for them to go so that is no problem.
I just don't want to put them back in the house to soon.

Re: Exterminator
Ok, so I have actually ran into this issue from renting houses and moving a lot in my life.
Now I know if you're using like a bug bomb your self or if the exterminator is using it you will have to remove all animals from the house then for a extra 24 hours from the time you open the windows. Also Ive had actual exterminators come in and spray my basement, outside house, and the borders of all rooms and he told me it would not harm any of my animals (reptiles, dog) or my small children.
Best thing to due here is to ask the exterminator before he comes out, what he will be using to treat the problem. Make him aware that you have reptiles and ask him will it harm them? Do I need to relocate them for the day? ect..

I would imagine it would depend on what chemicals they are using. You should find out and ask how long the residual chemical will last. You might even consult with your vet. I wouldn't take any chances.
