    Re: Ghost/hypo???

it's the same. the term ghost is used by breeders because hypomelanistic ball pythons look pale as if they were to shed.

Hypo and Ghost are the same.
However, there may be different lines of Hypo/Ghost that are not compatible with each other.

hypo and ghost are the same thing in ball pythons. The proper term should be hypo. Ghost should only be used for the axanthic hypo, or the true ghost.

    Re: Ghost/hypo???

Also, orange ghost is what people are, or should be, talking about when they just list "ghost" or "hypo."

If they are selling a different line like green ghost they should call it "green ghost" but if they are selling orange ghost it can be called "hypo" or "ghost."
