Ha I hear ya! I love seeing a huge well developed head and neck area on a boa. Mine has the "baby eyes" too to a certain extent. He's not even a yearling yet and is about 3.5 feet long.
I'm sure its different for each snake, but I'd like a ball park idea of when they fill out in the head too.

I LOVE the big eyes! ive seen some old boas with small eyes and i just dont like it haha phoenix's eyes evened out when she was about twoish i think!
